How long does meat processing take?

Beef and pork take between 7 - 14 days to process, once we receive the animal. Deer processing times vary depending on the season and demand. Our team will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do I need an Appointment?

Yes, if you’re dropping off livestock you need an appointment to ensure we have someone available to process your intake. Call (989)227-2825 to set a time. Butcher days are Tuesday.
For deer processing, you may drop your deer off without an appointment during standard business hours, weekdays 5:00 - 7:30 p.m., weekends 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Do You make specialty products like jerkey or snack sticks?

Yes. If you have special requests, add them to the note on the bottom of the form.
